WHO WE ARE
Kamloops Professional Firefighters, IAFF Local 913, represents 150 union members dedicated to serving and protecting the residents and visitors of Kamloops, British Columbia. Affiliated with the International Association of Fire Fighters since March 6, 1947, and part of the BC Professional Fire Fighters’ Association, our members provide emergency response, training, fire prevention, dispatch, and emergency vehicle mechanical services.
Our commitment to Kamloops extends beyond the call. Through the Kamloops Firefighters Charitable Society, established in 2013, we support people in need, raise funds for causes close to our members’ hearts, and bring our community together.
On duty and off, we take pride in answering the bell and giving back to the community we call home.
